If you have a bad computer sitting habit, it can lead to neck, back, shoulder, arm, wrist, thigh, feet, leg, fingers, toes, ribs and spine pain, it could reshape the spine in a bad way, it could lead to eye problems to. Now that we have gotten that down. Here is how you sit when using a computer.
Your Eye level should be looking at the top of the monitor.
Your Chin should point downward.
Your shoulder should be down and relaxed and your elbows should be close to your body.
Your Lower back should be supported.
Your Fore arm should be level or tilted down slightly
Your Thighs should be parallel to floor or tilted downward slightly
And your Feet should be flat on floor.
So no more slouching, bending or forcing your face into the computer screen.
